Brandon the "teenager" :)

And first there was Brandon. Cant believe my oldest, Brandon is now a Senior in High School and will be 18 years old in less than 2 months! Boy is he a busy kid right now, and only gonna get busier as the summer goes by. As big of a goof ball as he is, believe it or not...he knows how to be serious. So very proud of Brandon this school year. His grades were amazing. He worked so hard at getting good grades this year. Took 2 college classes also. Criminal Justice(youth court) and Honors US History. He had A's both semesters. He went to his first Prom which was so exciting for me!! haha...i took lots of pictures! He is working at McDonalds right now...until something better comes around. But for now, it pays for gas(teenagers and cruising)...lol. and that's about it! haha (teenagers and cruising)...First week of football practice started for next year...Yes already! He will be gone in morning for football practice, and weights. Then off to work...then football practice and weights again in the evenings. I will probably have to make an appointment to see him! LOL... in a month he will go to Wrestling camp then after that to football camp. Somewhere in between all that...there is girls! and somewhere in between all that...there is par core and friends! All in all i know he loves his family...just a very busy TEENAGER!

Christian is 2

Christian had a birthday on May 15th. We had him a birthday party here at the house. Mom made the cake, dad cooked hot dogs and crabby patty's on the grill and he had some little friends over for bubbles, sidewalk chalk, and a very fun art table inside with, colors, paints and craft dough! I can't believe he is 2 already. Although he has been in terrible two's for a year already...and he is such a "big" little boy. He is so heavy! Im always telling gramma to "put him down". But she doesn't want to. She wants to carry him and baby him as long as she can. I guess i feel the same way too. I don't blame her! He is talking so good, says so much...my favorite thing for him to say and i think it goes for everyone in our house is "WES"...(yes)! He sings most of his abc's and loves to sing and dance. He just learned how to tap his foot to music. Its the cutest darn thing ever! We are potty training right now, and it is going very well i think. He loves to play outside and once hes out there, its a challenge to get him back in! But what little kid doesn't right? He has learned the difference between "mama's van" and "daddy's truck"...and boy let me tell you, if we are going anywhere, you know he is demanding to go in "daddy's truck"! He is having surgery in July to fix his crooked little legs:(
He has blounts disease...which is a form of being severely bow legged. He wore braces on his legs for 6 months and his Dr. at Tucson Orthopedic seems to think it didn't do much good. He gets around, believe me...but at the end of the day...his poor little legs and feet are tired and achy, and he wants "UP". He has been keeping us all busy that's for sure! Thank God he has 3 older brothers to help!

Almost Summer

Summer is here and we are just beginning to get busy! I am starting a blog so i can keep family and friends updated with our life and the Teeters Family.

Its May 18th and 3 days left of school. Our days are full of boys, baseball and football! Soon my house will be full of summer kids that i baby sit or the boy's friends that have made this their second home. That usually consists of, water balloons, mud on the carpet,Popsicles, wet towels and little voices saying "I'm bored...whats there to do?"

About a month ago we started Little League season for Gabe and JR. Ever Since then we have been non-stop. Jr is in minors. His daddy coaches his team...they are called the "REDSOCKS" They started out with a good season, but lately seems they have been loosing, and usually by 1 point which is very frustrating to the kids. But coach Chilly has to keep reminding them that they are there to play and have fun! They are learning by their mistakes and learning that you cant always win...and of course they are there to have fun! Jr is taking a crack at pitching for the first time. He does really well for a first time pitcher. Glad dad(coach) is giving him a chance this year. Last week at a game, Jr smacked the ball right out to center field!! Mama swears he could have made that one a home run. Mom screaming ruuunnn, baby ruuuunnn didn't seem to help much since he runs like hes carrying a locomotive behind him! But he did make it to 2nd base..and i was just as proud. Gabe is in Majors. His team is called the "Rangers". He plays right field..and smacked the ball a few times too. we are always proud whether its a little hit or a big one.Unfortunately the Rangers haven't won many games so far. They are trying real hard though. Majors have late games..after the minors games, so we sometimes don't leave the ball field until 10 at night. And it makes it more interesting when we have double header games. Jr's then Gabe's. Over all, we love baseball season! I love hearing the kids excited and rooting for their teams, seeing all the people involved with their kids, horns honking for home runs or a well played out! The smell of nachos and popcorn and best of all...an excuse to go to Dairy Queen when they win :)
